Deluxe

This plan includes 5GB of total data transfer (user traffic) per month, 40MB of disk space including 10 POP3 or IMAP4 Mail 20MB Mailboxes Virus Free. Weekly web stats of your site and web based e-mail. Does not include dial-up access. Posting in the Long Island Browser website. $39.95

Ecommerce

This plan includes 4GB of total data transfer (user traffic) per month, 40MB of disk space including 10 POP3 or IMAP4 Mail 20MB mailbox Virus Free, lease of shopping cart MySQL, credit card gateway and SSL. E-mail

Our email system is reliable, quick and includes features such as spam guard and anti-virus protection. You can access your email through any email program and Imperial Digital offers a web-based email client that can be used to send and receive email messages. In addition, you have the ability to keep a contact list, customize your own content and spam filtering, watch email bandwidth, and much more. All of Imperial Digital's features are available using any browser and standard internet access.

Spam/Anti-Virus Protection

We protect your email by not allowing spammers to harvest your email address from the web site. We also include spam protection and virus protection at the server level. We work on detecting and removing viruses from emails, Internet downloads and removable media from your PC. Outbreak alerts and automatic updates keep you constantly protected from the latest threats.

Domain Names

We are available to assist you in choosing a domain name, registering the domain name, and if necessary, negotiating a transfer of a domain name. From .COM to .NET to .ORG, its easy to register with Imperial Digital.

Urchin Stats

Urchin Web Analytics shows you how people found your site, how they explored it and how you can enhance the visitor experience. You can improve your web site return on investment, increase conversions and make more money on the web.

We constantly update and improve our software. With our monthly rate, you get these updates at no additional charge.

Co-Location

Facility available in main center in Garden City, NY. Virtual pop to 60 Hudson Street. UPS generator protection. Hosting of servers, redundant back-up servers, Voiceover IP (VOIP) equipment.

1. You allow us to periodically security scan your servers at our discretion.
2. All mail servers must have authentication and CAN NOT allow open relaying.
3. You must meet certain security requirements based on operating system.

- Windows OS
- All critical and security updates must be installed
- Current Antivirus software must be installed (we prefer Norton/Symantec)
- Netbios over TCP/IP disabled on public interfaces.
- File and Printer sharing disabled on public interfaces.
- If using PC Anywhere / VNC / Terminal Services / Remote Desktop all communications should be encrypted
- Linux/Unix OS
- No telnet access, SSH v.2 Only by none root user
- A Firewall should be in place to only allow the traffic for
specific services through.
- All software must be up to date and security patches installed.
- All GUI/X server services should be shutdown (Xfree86, xfs, etc.)
- RPC/Portmap should be shutdown unless specifically needed for an application.

4. You should be running SNMP for read-only access with the community string for bandwidth monitoring purposes.
5. We will notify you of any problems/discrepancies we find while performing security scans of the network.
6. If we detect your server has been compromised and is a threat to the network it will be powered down if corrective action is not taken.
